Letter to Children

Dear Children

This has been a very strange week at school, and I have missed being there with you. I am sorry I have had to be away.

You will know that after today our school gates will be closed. It is important for you to be at home with your families to make sure that you look after yourselves and follow all of the advice we have been given. I know how sensible and responsible you are, so I know that you will be great at doing this.

Some of you might feel worried about when you can come back to school. Please try not to worry as soon as we know we will be in touch.  Your friends and teachers will be here to welcome you back when that time comes.

Your teachers have been working hard to find exciting things for you to do whilst you are at home.  Online there are so many learning opportunities please do make use of them and do some learning everyday.  There are also lots of physical exercises, arts and crafts and fun things to do and take part in.  Do make sure that you do as many different things as you can.  We will want to hear all about it.

You also have a class email so you can send a message to your teacher on you class page or to Mrs King, Deputy@pottersgreen.org.uk or to me  Head@pottersgreen.org.uk.

I look forward to hearing all about the things you have learned.

Do remember to keep practising our core values, look at the website for new information about school and take very good care of you! We all need to show real Resilience over the next few weeks which I know you can do.  Be Brilliant!

Mrs Newman
